About the role
You’ll be part of a small but close-knit team of two, where daily work is driven by collaboration, problem-solving, and a strong commitment to helping our field technicians succeed. A significant portion of your day will be spent supporting technicians over the phone during hardware installations. Together, you’ll troubleshoot in real-time to identify whether the issue lies in the hardware, connectivity, installation, or software.
The work can involve anything from network errors and configuration issues to software bugs. You’ll collaborate closely with our development team, making it easy to raise technical questions, report bugs, and suggest improvements. This is a great opportunity to contribute and help enhance the experience for both users and field technicians.
What you’ll do;
Handle incoming calls from technicians and other colleagues
Troubleshoot and fix IoT device issues
Support users of the SaaS solution
Report bugs and system issues (QA)
Write documentation
Work closely with developers to resolve/prevent problems
What you’ll bring to the table;
2+ years of IT support experience
Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, LAN, etc.)
Familiar with AWS or other cloud platforms (e.g., Azure)
Fluent in English and Swedish
Familiar with JIRA or a similar ticketing system
Bonus: Some programming knowledge
Bonus: Basic Linux/terminal skills
Bonus: Understanding of how district heating and cooling work
