    We keep things simple and respectful of your time. No AI-chatbots that you'll have to navigate around. No psychometric platforms such as Alva Labs. No take-home coding projects or free work.

    Instead, you'll have a straightforward process: an interview to get to know each other, a technical step focused on real problem-solving, and a final conversation about culture and ways of working.
